Daniel is the firm’s Governance Clerk as well as Senior Administrative Services Provider. His experience and expertise in governance mechanics makes him an invaluable resource and he is frequently the firm’s primary point of contact for annual renewals, agency for service of process, and new filings.
Daniel grew up in Las Vegas where he currently resides with his wife, four children, and two dogs. He attended UNLV as an English major with a focus in Philosophy of Law and Justice. He has been a legal administrator for various firms over the last several years. Daniel is a Vegas Golden Knights superfan and loves caring for his dogs. He also enjoys stand-up comedy, yoga, and weightlifting.
