Glenn is a founder and currently serves as Managing Partner for Private Wealth Law, Inc. At PWL, Glenn specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Private Securities, Privacy, and Asset Protection for high-net worth clients across healthcare, fintech, and retail. Mr. Truitt has been a licensed attorney since 2005 in Nevada and California, and his diverse experience includes roles in international law firms, management consulting, general counsel, and independent practice, fostering a creative approach to problem-solving in professional services.

A suburban Chicago native raised in Denver, Glenn enlisted in the Navy and was appointed to the U.S. Naval Academy in 1993, graduating 8th in his class with a B.S. in Mathematics. He served on the USS TENNESSEE (SSBN 734(B)) before resigning his commission to attend Stanford Law School, graduating in 2005. He recently earned a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University’s Milken Institute for Public Health. In his free time, Glenn enjoys board games, cooking, reading and writing and enjoying his family of four (Jessica, Carson, and Cooper), riding his OneWheel and cheering on the Golden Knights and his alma maters.
