Joseph J. Roskelley is a Nevada licensed attorney who began working with Private Wealth Law in September 2022 before joining the PWL team full time in April 2023.

J.J. was born-and-raised in Las Vegas where he currently resides with his wife and two kids. For his undergraduate degree, J.J. obtained Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphases in philosophy and computer engineering from Brigham Young University – Idaho. He subsequently attended BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School where he was a part of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association and graduated in 2019.

Prior to joining PWL, J.J. spent his early career in civil litigation in the state of Nevada. He is a member of the International Associate of Privacy Professionals and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). Since joining PWL, he has been involved in a large variety of PWL’s industries and practices with an emphasis in contracts and corporate governance.

In his free time, J.J. loves to watch movies with his family, write stories, snowboard, rock climb and play soccer.
